Charging Instructions:\
PAYTER.

1. Park your EV at the designated charging point. Open the charging port on your car and connect the charging socket to the charging socket of your vehicle.
2. Select the ‘’START’’ option on the contactless payment terminal and then the connector you have connected to your vehicle ‘’CONNECTOR A’’ or ‘’CONNECTOR B’’ .
3. Swipe your credit or debit card through the terminal after completing ‘’step 2’’ (you have 30 euros reserved).
4. To end charging, select ‘’START’’ again on the charging terminal then the connector you are connected to and select ‘’STOP’’.
5. YOU ARE DONE, please wait as a QR code with your document will appear. Unlock your vehicle and disconnect the charging cable gently.

PLATFORM INSTRUCTIONS. (for users)
1. Park your EV at the designated charging point. Open the charging port in your car and connect the charging socket to the charging socket of your vehicle.
2. Scan the QR code of the connector you have connected (1 or 2) and download the EcoCharge app.
3. In the app menu on the top left, select ‘’My account’’ => ‘’Top up balance’’ and add at least 10 Euros from a credit/debit card to your balance, so that the charge-charge transaction can be made.
4. Select ‘’Start charging’’ at the bottom of the map and scan the QR code next to the desired charging socket. Wait a few seconds. If the start does not start, repeat the process.
5. To complete the charging, select ‘’Complete charging’’ , unlock your vehicle and disconnect the charging cable gently.

PLATFORM INSTRUCTIONS. (for visitors)
1. Park your EV at the designated charging point. Open the charging port on your car and connect the charging socket to the charging socket of your vehicle.
2. Scan the QR code of the connector you have connected (1 or 2) and download the EcoCharge app.
3. Select, ‘’Payment without registration’’. 20 Euros will be reserved from your card so that the charge-charge transaction can be made.
4. Fill in your debit/credit card details and select ‘’payment’’. In a few seconds, charging will begin.
5. To complete charging, select ‘’Complete charging’’, unlock your vehicle and gently disconnect the charging cable.
